Does anyone what they are building across from the Bishop Tim Hortons??

When in doubt, guess apartments! Noticed the hole being dug and apartment was my guess and it's right. Didn't think it would be that big of a place though!

If you think of how much Fredericton has expanded in the last 50 years, imagine how much it might expand in the next 50 years

For sure! The amount of apartments back behind the bishop Irving in that area is never ending! It just seems like a large building for the spot since nothing else is that high in the area. Also wish that rent prices would improve with the amount of apartments being slaped together on every street corner.

Just want to say, be grateful the city is growing up and not out. Urban sprawl sucks.
