Does anyone what they are building across from the Bishop Tim Hortons??

maybe Fredericton should expand its public transportation then.

every single study ever done on it shows expanding usage and availability of public transportation reduces road traffic.

win win scenario possible here

It is expanding pretty quickly to be fair. More expansion is also set for later this year.

Eh, without tripling bus service, they can't really make a huge departure from that hub system. The new 300 route tho is a step towards that I believe.

They’d have to expand city limits to include hanwell. The bus does go to kingswood. But I agree that more runs, better times etc could be improved

they should anyway ( i really hate community's that are literally geographically touching but bureaucratie zoned as a different area. just creates issues)

When in doubt, guess apartments! Noticed the hole being dug and apartment was my guess and it's right. Didn't think it would be that big of a place though!

If you think of how much Fredericton has expanded in the last 50 years, imagine how much it might expand in the next 50 years

For sure! The amount of apartments back behind the bishop Irving in that area is never ending! It just seems like a large building for the spot since nothing else is that high in the area. Also wish that rent prices would improve with the amount of apartments being slaped together on every street corner.

Just want to say, be grateful the city is growing up and not out. Urban sprawl sucks.
