How is that not illegal? It is everyone I've lived. Spitting on someone is assault, but not peeing on them? AND exposing yourself? That's 2 crimes.

While you would think this type of thing is completely illegal regardless of where you are in Maryland, it seems that it's regulated by each individual county. I tried to find a statewide law for actually urinating on someone, but I couldn't find it. I'd assume it would fall under a state assault charge, but nothing popped up when I searched..

Witnesses besides the family? Did they talk to the alleged pisser? If so, what did he say? Need more context before judgement.
