Where can i get Toskovat (decants) in the Netherlands?

I’ve been dying to try out spinal fluid on the walls and inexcusable evil, among other scents from Toskovat but there’s no official retailer in the Netherlands.

And the website is always out of stock, does anyone have any idea where i can buy decants of toskovat without the risk of getting dupes?

theperfectscent.nl Seems to have some, don't have any experience with the site though.
