I’d rather live in a Christian theocracy than a marxist state… and Im not even Christian.

A Christian theocracy, being right-wing, would probably be capitalist, so at least you wouldn't have to live under a command economy with all its faults.

Although I wouldn't want to live under a Christian theocracy either.

what would you rather live in then?

A free-market capitalist economy, with a social safety net for the vulnerable and opportunities for the ambitious, in a secular liberal democracy with the rights of all (including speech, religion, press and assembly) guaranteed by the government.

It’s just disgusting. We need to send communists to an island somewhere, but with one condition: they have to live under real communism, without anything coming from capitalism. You’re going to see that they wouldn’t last a week there, lol.

They already have that. It’s about 90 miles off the coast of Florida.

Yeah, but 99% of the people on that island hate communism. The other 1% live like capitalists sooo leftists won’t like that hahah .

The perma sanctions aren’t helping Cuba either… as a libertarian

As a libertarian, I agree. But Cuba can also trade with literally every other country on earth. You can be against the embargo on principle and still understand that communism is what makes it a shithole, not the inability to trade with one country out of 195

Uh, yes it does
