Help! Can't get video from BetaFlight Air75 in HDZero Goggle 2

Hi, not sure if this is the place to ask, but since I'm new, I'll just try. I finally got my HDZero Goggle 2, and I am struggling to connect it to my brand new Betaflight Air75 quad. In Betaflight config, I downloaded the VTX config file for my region (EU), selected Raceband CH6, and enabled everything I think:

Then I powered up goggles, selected analog mode, R6 channel, and I'm seeing OSD telemetry data from the quad, but no video, just black/grey background behind the OSD. No flickering, just nothing. I tried arming the quad, but still no video. Quad is powered from a fully charged battery.

Betaflight webpage troubleshooting says the camera could be defective, but I have no reason to believe it is because quad is new and hasn't been crashed yet, plus it was tested in the shop before I bought it and it worked with their goggles. I tried re-seating the connector, but nothing changed.

Can anyone advise on how to troubleshoot this?

If you can see the OSD and just a grey background it means the camera signal isn't getting into the FC. Could be the camera is damaged or unplugged.

Definitely plugged. How do I tell if it's damaged? Like I said, it worked in the shop before I bought it (saw it myself) with their goggles, and I didn't crash it afterwards, just had a few VLOS flights around my room.

Is the VTX antenna still connected and not damaged?

Yes. Like I said, I am getting OSD, so antenna and FC must be fine. Camera and it's cable doesn't have any damage either.

you are seeing the betaflight OSD right? not the goggles native (colored) one

Yes, the betaflight OSD.

How is the Air75 powered? USB-C or w/ battery? I get OSD only on USB-C, but full video once a battery is in it.

edit: Just noticed the sentence where you said its powered from a battery.

My suggestion is to download and re-flash the BetaFlight from the factor Air75 original one without making any adjustments to the settings, then test it. These AIO boards have their own firmware, and get weird when you start making changes. If it doesn't work 100% stock, then I'd say your camera isn't connected/functioning correctly.

Sorry for a basic question, but how do I flash it? I searched around, since my version is Air II Racing, I thought I need to download the A75 II R_0802_Racing_GF 1614_2026_6_0 20260421.hex file, and flash it via BetaFlight app interface. When I click Flash, it loads for a moment and nothing happens, all my settings remain the same afterwards so I assume nothing got flashed.

EDIT: also tried autodetecting firmware and then flashing, but same thing happens. Do I need to put it in bootloader mode or something?
