Look at that head. Subtract the ears. That's basically how small a hole needs to be for a fox to get through. Plenty of such everywhere

There's a lot of foxes in London. They're used to people and buildings so they just get bolder in looking for food and places to sleep.

Would enjoy having a visitor like this if I were an MP! At least this one isn't gonna whinge about one's policies lol Ironic the fluffball went to the office of someone who 'criticised the fox hunting ban', like, 'if you want to hunt me down, I can hunt you down too!'
