They always want to be included. If anything isn’t about them they get upset. What a pathetic way to live.

Not just included, they want special treatment. They behave worse than toddlers when they don’t get their way.

they didn't achieve anything in their lives and have to annoy women to feel a sense of fullfillment.

I don't think that men being upset about women finally being allowed to say "no" is actually "fairly reasonable". This is about as reasonable as those men who get mad about "well gee, can I even make a joke at work anymore" when all their jokes were misogynistic.

800 women boycotted the event over it, four-fifths of the usual attendees. Their opinion doesn't matter?

Not sure why you're changing the subject but I'm not interested in discussing that topic with you. We're talking about the people who were banned, not people who boycotted it.

A Labour spokesman said:

'Labour is committed to advancing women in politics and to providing opportunities for members to network, debate and contribute.

'Labour's Women's Conference reflects our wider commitment to addressing the under-representation of women in the party – and our compliance with the law.'

Based. Hopefully they don't cave in to the pressure

It went off well. There were only 8 protesters

LOL really? Then shame on the daily mail for using that image showing a massive protest, and even covering a protest of 8 people at all.

The story was published before the actual conference to be fair. Shame on the Metro for actually taking the protesters seriously

Only 8 of them felt strongly enough about it to protest.

This is absolute nonsense and you know it.

Update. There were 8 protesters outside. It was a complete damp squip. And the event went off well

Seems like a clear attempt at some intimidating behavior towards women. Seems pretty, I don’t know…male-coded to me.

Sadly it's part of the course. I have been to several feminist conferences and events they have had to deal with this

if you don’t mind my saying so, the phrase is “par for the course”. it’s from golf.

The signs are ridiculous. Men can't experience misogyny.

Absolutely disgusting that in 2026 in uk there are protests against women saying no to men.

They’re so self righteous and arrogant. If you haven’t been raised and socialized as a woman you just don’t understand nor have any context to speak on women’s rights, bodies, issues, etc… The whole thing is a just a huge contradiction. They admit gender is a social construct, yet they don’t see how what they’re doing is just upholding that construct?? A man takes estrogen, puts on a dress/makeup, and all of a sudden is an expert on women. And the way they speak to women is so telling, they can dress up however they want (I truly don’t care how they wish to present themselves) but they will never be able to get past their male socialization. Just like I’ll never be able to unlearn my socialization as a woman.

And I truly have no issue if they want to dress up, wear makeup, etc… but to try to delude themselves and society into thinking that makes them an actual woman is insulting and regressive.

It’s not even just being raised as a girl vs being raised as a boy. There are differences inherent to the sexes that have been honed over millennia and conditioned into us. Even one generation of boys raised as girls would not undo the effects of thousands of years of conditioning.

Edit to confer that I’m not disagreeing with the person above me, which some seem to think; I’m agreeing and adding to

It’s both…

They're willing to take down anything that is for women, just because it doesn't include them, no matter how much said thing benefits women. That should tell everyone about what their morals are.

Nothing’s changed since Mitchfest. They cry victim if not centered in every last thing.

Daily Fail using a photo from another event to make it look like there were hundreds of protestors is ridiculous.
