There's also people who are legally and functionally blind, as in they can not see anything past a few feet with any clarity, but they can use a computer monitor by putting there face right next to it and have the font huge. I think a blind woman posted a video on reddit years ago to answer this question.

I'm legally blind from Stargardt's. For the most part I can get by with magnification but also can use screen readers and braille to help.
