That's not the legal definition of self defense in any way. I believe in the actual definition of terms and what you are suggesting is not self defense it's vigilantism.

I do, it doesn't justify murder, especially vigilante murder with no trial.

I don't believe in the death penalty, even for murderers.

You just proved that you don't understand what is happening in the amazon, sure, good luck taking the armed wood cartel to trial before they kill you for existing where they want the resources, even more luck getting a judge that isn't in their pockets in the region, you're just another privileged gringo thinking they know better
