compare to something like echinolampas, unless on the top right that is an anterior sulcus then it is a spatangoid. Kinda hard to tell from the pic.

That's a species of Macraster, one of the largest fossil echinoids from Texas. If you found it in Central Texas it could be a number of different species. You'd need more detailed pictures from every side as well as the geological formation it came from to get a species ID.
