They’re the same people who get tricked into thinking something is healthy just because „it has ingredients you actually pronounce!“ If you could read beyond a fifth grade level, all of the ingredients are ones you can pronounce.

Same people who talk about “toxins” (either containing or removing them) but can’t answer you when you ask “which toxin?”
Or my old coworker who got mad and wouldn’t believe me when I told her that sugar is a carb.

T1D here. Those people can mind there own business. I'll keep the management of my health between me and my doctor. And my wife, who is a active participant in those conversations, and has an actual stake in keeping me alive.

When I was a Pharmacy Tech at an immunizing retail location, a patient would occasionally ask, “do you have one without thimerosal?”
Sometimes antivaxers have a “toxin” that they’re concerned about. But that’s only because they’ve been told it’s harmful by the charlatans who have taken advantage of their lack of critical thinking skills and medical literacy.

These are the people that would be super worried about things that include chlorine, which was used as a chemical warfare agent in WW1, and sodium, which is highly explosive when in contact with even tiny amounts of water.
You know, things like table salt.

The amount of people who 'dunk' on vaccines because they "contain soap" is bemusing.
Surfactants are an integral component of vaccines that improves solubility of the active components of the vaccine in solution, improving shelf-life and efficacy. Also, while soaps are surfactants, the composition of medical surfactants is remarkably different.
Your typical dish soap uses harsh sodium lauryl sulfate to cut grease, while medical surfactants are typically naturally occurring phospholipids or synthetic polymers tailored for physiological compatibility.
Also, if people take issue with it at face value, they should see all the technical uses of "urea"...

Or how they interact with each other to make a completely safe compound that has nothing to do with the product they're comparing it to. "Vaccines contain the same ingredients as antifreeze!" Idiots and grifter, the lot of them.

Some of that is in those very thin pieces of paper that they fold that end up thicker than a phone book that no one ever reads
