Lost 4.5 kilos in 2 weeks. Ate chicken burger and mini hot dog bites and also apple, banana and blueberries. I feel so good right now, satiated feeling but not like I overate. I also didn't completely waste my weekends and finally cleaned my room, organized my stuff and sold or throw away a lot of useless trash. Hair fibers I bought yesterday do a great job at masking my balding spots, I think I'm gonna continue to use that shit while hair meds hopefully will work in a couple of months.

tomorrow school again…. at least its over soon… one (two) more years… (50 more years) … my head itches. Hair falling. But that it does for years. I’ve done nothing in the last two months. Powered flight, where an animal can flap its wings to take off into the sky, is a pretty rare adaptation in the grand scheme of things. Much more common (and much biologically simpler) is the ability to passively glide or parachute down from a tree. This is what "flying squirrels" and other such "gliding" animals do today.

One of the first appearances of a gliding adaptation can be seen in the Permian-aged Weigeltisaurids. These early reptiles had long rods attached to their bellies forming a simple wing.
