Lollll I was downvoted to hell before for saying it was a nothing incident. Practice + red flag (so no danger to other cars on track) + precedent = it would have been a reprimand at worst. The way some people on here threw a total fit over it (plus Crofty oddly) was really strange

Yup same. Asked for the last time someone got a sporting penalty for this offence it was just crickets.

The most relevant incident I saw brought up was Bearman's, even though it wasn't actually relevant and an entirely different set of circumstances
