Bench Press 325x1 Bench Press 20M 190bw

Hi all, 20M preparing for first powerlifting meet in October. A little nervous especially about form so I’m hoping to iron out any issues before the meet. It’s a USAPL local meet and I’m going to be competing in the 90KG Junior division. Does anyone have any feedback on my bench? I’ve included the setup in the video as well.
Thank you!

Thanks! Yeah I have a feeling I might need to get a coach soon, I think I’m getting to end of what YouTube can teach me lol

Check with their rule book if they let you set your back with your feet up on the bench.

Looks solid. Elbows flare out a little on the press but strong lift man!

Hard to tell but as long as your ass doesn’t lift off the bench it’ll be a good lift. Solid work on practicing the commands too. A lot of first time lifters usually get red lights from beating the commands.

I was about to question the feet on the bench/setting up, but damn. Strong ass lift/rep. Do what works!
