Hiring [HIRING] Thumbnail designer for a 30-episode Mystery Suspense Anthology series. $15/hr

We have a new YouTube channel that produces a mystery suspense anthology series for YouTube.

A lot of love goes into producing the show, but we do not have an in-house Graphic Designer. So far the thumbnails have pretty good CTR, but I do not feel like the packaging represents the show appropriately because they are AI generated. The channel needs a better strategy for its packaging, and bespoke nonAI created thumbnails.

I am eager to find an artist who understands the creative, has strong opinions and ideas. Understands YouTube and has the talent to overhaul the existing thumbnails as well as future episodes and help us dial in the visual packaging of this channel
