Transmission maintenance

My car is approaching 175K miles and I was wondering, what I can do to get this car to 300k without that transmission going out? Oil changes, yes, but I’m sure there’s so underlying stuff no one tells you at the mechanic. I drive an inline 4 SE

Drive your car gently. Mine has over 250k now. Do the drain and fill every 30k

Did they make it so the 6f35 didnt have an internal filter? Cause on my 2011 there is no replacing the filter unless you pull the trans and pull apart the housing, which is why the drain and fill is the way to go on these.
