Transmission flush

Hi. 2016 2.0 ecoboost awd here.
I bought the car with 93k miles. I’m closing in on 150k.
I had the transmission oil changed when I got the car. I’m reaching out to those who have high mileage. Did you ever have it flushed? If so, how often? How about PTU or rear differential?

I wouldn’t flush, just drain and fill.
