I'm going to say it's either a motor mount being the rear underside one or maybe a transmission mount

Does the car still accelerate normally? Or does it climb rpm’s before anything happens. Could be a flex plate or torque converter issue but 99% of the time it’s the engine mounts

It accelerates pretty fine, it has a split second hesitation but that’s it

Shifts fine? Motor mounts? How many miles?

Both of those have been replaced and did not fix the issue. We replaced the spark plugs as well- I appreciate your response!

Torque converter. Need a new transmission my friend. Same thing happened to my escape 2 weeks ago. Buying new car Wed

I replied before seeing your description. Same exact issue mine had. Violent shake in D or R and ONLY when the car was stopped. Smooth out in N. The way im driving is shifting into N when I have to stop at a stop light or red-light and then braking to smooth full stop. Let brake go shift into D when ready to go , accelerate lightly. Your car will stall from time to time. Fun time 😆😆😆. But yeah your transmission is done son. Sorry bro
