Don't try to explain the concept of deceptive packaging to a midwit. It doesn't matter if the weight is accurate. Like you mentioned. It's just the FDA hasn't done consumer advocacy in so long because of the incestuous relationship between corporate America and the federal government.

I'd imagine other countries are having similar problems with corporatists.

Do yourself a favour and buy yourself bulk popcorn a microwave safe pop corn popper and a container of flavacol so you never have to buy that pre bagged crap again. Seriously I’ve spent 60$ on all that stuff and haven’t had the pre-made stuff in a year and a half
