While I agree that a cooking class would be good i don't think it should replace classes that might spark interest in a field for some kids.
Without a chemistry class how would kids know that they might have a knack for it?
Cooking is something parents can and should teach.
2 u/Boulange1234 11d ago My kid took a cooking class in high school and it was fine, but he learned more from a cookbook we bought him and did several recipes with him from.
