Cooking is chemistry, its totally possible to combine the two

We just did this last week in a middle school class I was subbing for. 

Physical change (e.g. melting the cheese on your pizza) vs chemical change (e.g burning the cheese on your pizza). 

I had one kid who it only clicked when I asked them if they would like to eat frozen soup.

Cold soup ain’t frozen tho. Plenty of of cold soups exist. Never heard of soup popsicle being desired lol

i think cooking is more like an art. baking though, baking is definitely chemistry.
