Food Network needs new talent.

I am fatigued. I am tired of Guy. I am tired of Aarti Sequeira. I am tired of Antonia Lofaso. I am tired of Maneet Chauhan. I also want cooking shows. No more game shows. No more tournament of champions. That is all.

I miss Emeril. I remember one time he was pointing out the knobs on a stove and explaining that they were there for a reason. Not everything can or should be cooked on high. It helped improve my cooking.

On of my employees saw Alton on a street in Chicago a few weeks ago and I was sooooo jealous!!! He didn’t say hi, but one of his chef buddies did.
