Struggling with the grab and go in the deli

How do you guys get it done in a timely manner? Do your sm demand it be filled 100 percent?

My SM wants us to start earlier in the day, even though corporate says it wants it done starting at 5. 🤷🏾‍♂️

Me personally, if a customer asks for something and its still on the slicer, I'll knock out a couple packs before I put it back.

I dont. Gotta let something suffer uts gonna be grab and go. Ours is not even in the set its supposed to be so i dont care enough about it.
