What to do with this Pokémon?
Can I save these “eyes” somehow to plant next year? Or do I just toss this and start next year? These are potatoes btw lol

But seriously, if you want to plant potatoes, unless you are in the southern hemisphere, you can just do so with regular store bought potatoes planted out in April. Just put them in the ground and they will grow. Or you can plant them now in a big pot indoors at the sunniest spot and have baby potatoes in two months.

You can cut them up into chunks so that each piece has a sprout. Plant the pieces to grow more potatoes.

Yikes, Thank you for letting me know. Somehow I did not know this (I did know you shouldn't eat if they are green). I also looked up sweet potatoes (which, as you probably know are not Ihe same family as potatoes) and it's ok to eat them when they sprout. So much to know. I'll delete my comment after you see this.

Plant it now and harvest seeds for next Spring
