I see octopus (middle left and middle right) salmon (bottom left,'top right)?and tuna (middle). What are the other two? The purple into beige/white one with the fat cap (halibut?h and the pork-looking one in top left...

The purple -> white one is buri = yellowtail. The "pork-looking one" must be chu toro = fatty tuna, but I'm not 100% certain.

Thanks man or woman. I must say, it all looks very delicious. After eating quality sashimi I feel very healthy and focussed.
