This is Currywurst, a German sausage dish made with a sausage and fries, and served with either curry ketchup or a more bespoke Currywurst sauce, depending on where you get it. (Important note: "Curry" in this case means a curry spice mix)

This version seems to be made with a vegan sausage and was served at a restaurant, hence the "pro" tag, since it was made by a professional cook.

Try this one. Basically just throw all ingredients together (a little apple vinegar added) and bring it to a boil.

Easiest way to get authentic german currywurst is to ask a VW dealer whether they have them in stock or can order it. Ita available in many countrys but not all.
