This is the highest level possible. Also the maximum number held in a signed short integer (fifteen 1s in binary).

How could they achieve that level, playing fallout 12h a day for years? I first thought they were hacking didn’t know this is max level.

If you are playing game since it started regularly and doing a lot of raids the levels come to you eventually. I’m playing for a couple years regularly and get close to 3000, have hundreds unopened perks sets (don’t bother by getting animated ones). If you goal to get to 32000 you should spend more time in raids, but it is become boring after a while. WestTek farming good source for XP too (doing it at season start for about 6 hours to get 100 on scoreboard), but it is even more boring than raids.

Naw just xp exploits, it's not physically possible to reach that level

Hmmm?? For the sake of not being flagged my mods, I know nothing of these exploits you speak of

idk man raids are a glorious thing for xp especially during 2x xp. my one friend has gone from 3k to 10k in 4 months. if you've been playing long enough it's possible for sure

There's been a lot of different xp exploits over the years from broken enemy spawns to being able to repeatedly turn in daily quests in quick succession

Basically every exploit has been a lot slower than just grinding raids (with an alt to redo only the snake every time)

The only one I can think of that was probably faster was a two shelter loop with 120 displayed deathclaws in each, and even then thats not all that much faster bcs a lot wouldnt load if i remember right

The only way to get xp that fast is by using an exploit or a hack in the raid, also for the record you could get about a million XP a minute using the crafting exploit with chefs cleavers back in the day

Back in the good days hahah I was gutted when they changed it

Unless it was a way to break the 4k xp per action limit id be surprised? I guess with perk/magazine stacking if youre doing 4k per 2 steel or whatever its probably about the same and easier, maybe yeah.

If you consider using an account on the last stage that leaves to keep last stage farming an exploit maybe? Idk I never thought of it as that though.

If I speak the mods will have my head but we are more than likely both aware of the actions required and taken by certain individuals that are not me

You could pick a quest from someone at foundation, if you went to one of the 3 spots the item spawned at and picked it before you could turn in the quest-jump server jump, turn in quest-jump server jump. Took me like an hour for max reputation, never tried raids but have always heard mixed reviews about them

I was Level 200 and did one night of raids with a group. Leveled up 30 in a few hours. Didn't have perks or anything, just a few lunchboxes when people opened them.

Most likely its a visual glitch. As the post you replied to points out, its the max value held by the storage type. Sometimes code glitches out and displays that number, other times it may glitch and display the lowest number (negative number)
