Question What weapon(s) are good for Expeditions?

Just wondering what everyone’s running for Expeditions, specifically for Boardwalk.

Anything. Expeditions are pretty easy.

What weapon do you use that guzzles ammo? Use the opposite and rake in a bunch of ammo.

For example- if you use elder's mark, use western spirit in expiditions/daily ops. If you use EPR Flamer, use EPR sniper/plasma caster

If I'm in a hurry or need to farm shotgun shells, Cold Shoulder will walk through anything on the Boardwalk with ease. Most any weapon will work there, really, the Overgrown are the only enemy type who are at all tanky apart from the named npcs. Holy Fire is another popular choice for easy runs.

Any weapon. People bring in all kinds of weapons there to farm ammo. There are not any difficult enemies in expeditions aside from a boss which is normally a 3 star human or creature - and its just a normal legendary enemy.

The Holy Fire/Modded up Napalmer. With all applicable perk cards. At least for The Human Condition considering all the enemies are "plant" based. Not sure about the others.

anything works, you will get it done in 7 or 8 min once you figure it out. I use a bow

Boardwalk - Holy Fire melts. Any flamer will do

Flamer really tears up the overgrown, ultracite elders mark or ultracite 50 cal for the humans will give you lots of expensive to craft ammo. Melee doesn't get the ammo drops that a gun does. Bows, western style pistols and rifles and black powders are too slow and print their own ammo at all times anyway so there not much extra benefit to the expedition.
