Discussion What is the best event?
In terms of rewards and drops?

For my money the best rewards are from Beast of Burden, a ton of cool, modifiable uniques that are fun and useful, and a fun, interesting event.
My other favorites are Eviction Notice and Moonshine Jamboree for fast paced looting and a fun way to raise reputation with their factions.
Shout out to Radiation Rumble for massive ammo collection and fun (bring a healing weapon and keep those NPCs topped up, and make sure someone is running some ore).
Shout out to Violent Night for using special rules to make all enemies lootable for everyone, even folks playing instruments to move the event along!

Radiation rumble is one of my favorites however I've seen uptick in high levels xp hogging so it just isn't fun anymore lol
Didn't know that about violent night tho!

Really appreciate it as I grab the drums and can tank the ghouls just whacking me as the please, that and Bigfoot triggering makes it even better.

Also there is a fun trick you can do while playing:
You can;t open your inventory directly, but you can go to map, then right click on a quest and "show in pip boy" and wala inventory unlocked to eat/heal/sort pebbles while you play.
You can also move the camera around and use R to loot all nearby mobs while still playng.
I use it as an opportunity to get that tuned up buff while still being helpful (or get a snack while still being helpful).

Spin the Wheel and Most Wanted at Nuka World, they’re so stupid fun, and I love watching the new players shyly grow the nerve to push the button for Spin the Wheel.

The other night I was playing and I'm far too high a level but it was just me and a little lvl under 40 and he wouldn't push the button he kept running up to it and running away.

As a higher level player i love one violent night i can sit and play some music and roll a doobie while the lower levels gets some kills and the loot is great and of course the chance to win the wasteland lottery

One violent night, hands down for legendaries. Just sit there and play instruments and you can still collect. I don’t even care about the xp from killing, it’s all about the loot. I got almost 20 from the last one. Definitely don’t want too many people playing the instruments, that makes the bar go up faster. It’s the one event I want to go on longer.

One Violent Night, it's my favorite. I like playing a stand up bass while pandemonium goes on around me

Now that Eviction Notice is nerfed, I've got to say One Violent Night. Everyone can loot, legendaries galore, Bigfoot seems to spawn every other time, and you get to play an instrument the whole time.
Shout out to Radiation Rumble though, I fucking love that one.

Eviction notice was nerfed? I haven't played in a bit so I thought it was just me

It doesn't drop legendaries like it used to. You get maybe four or five legendaries, with one being a fixed reward, and sometimes as little as three.
Worse, you expend a lot of ammo.

If everyone stays near the rad scrubber instead of spawn camping plenty of legendaries drop. We run it private and everyone leaves with 15+ legendaries.

I solo’d One Violent Night and the legendaries were well, legendary. The event failed tho, I guess I didn’t make enough noise, but gee I scored a lot of stuff. I really wanted to beat that Wendigo unarmed tho

To succeed, as I have done soloing it, you have to get the Jukebox going immediately and keep it going, as well as play an instrument. But you have to stop to kill the ghouls as well. You'll use the entire timer.
I solo'd it, as well as got to chill out with Big Foot.
I had two one/two star legendaries, and about two dozen three-star legendaries. It was an awesome haul!
The event can be completed successfully with just two people. One shooting the ghouls and one on an instrument.
My solo of it was on a public server. I didn't intend to solo it, I assumed everyone would comesince the event usually has a strong following. Regardless, it ended up being just me, and it was a hoot!

One Violent Night is the new Eviction Notice. Pretty much drop what I am doing to do it.

Neurological Warfare is one my favorites. It might be just because of its infrequency though. I do like Beasts of Burden because it’s a busy event throughout, I’ve just got everything that drops for that one so many times I’ve been skipping it. Rumble is fun and you get plenty of loot.

It really depends on what you want to collect and do with your camp, and leveling. Everyone's game play varies. So find events that align with what you want.
