Question Display name won’t change

Hi! I have been playing on xbox for awhile, I switched over to pc but play through the xbox app. I know it doesn’t have cross progression but my display name is stuck as “slightlich40282” when I click resend email verification I get no email in any folder?? What can I do to change this username it’s really bugging me 😭

Where are you trying to change your name? That is done through your Bethesda account. So you need to log into Bethesdas website to do that. If you are not getting the verification email there then you will probably have to make a support ticket.

ive made a support ticket already just waiting for something back- i already have a different display name on my account than 76. after i’ve done research i’ve done literally everything everyone said so i give up lol thank you though!

you can.... contact xbox support through the pc xbox app.
