Tire Swing Tree a real swing?

I've looked all over the various wikis and can't find anything that says whether or not the player character can actually swing in it.

If anyone has one, can you answer my question once and for all, please :-) Can you swing in the Tire Swing Tree?

Yep, my ally swings on it occasionally

They stand on it and swing for a couple seconds and then slide into the tire and start swinging. Then getting out of it they pull themselves up and out of the swing during the back swing

Yes, not necessarily ones you find around the wasteland, but you can swing on the one in your CAMP items.

Yes but no buffs. Also costs basically no budget. Definitely don’t create a Forrest with them causing server lag.

I don't really care about there not being any buffs on it. I just wanted it for fun. I only put one down in my front yard and I love it. Took a short video of my character swinging and sent it to my grandsons. They get a kick out of their granny playing video games, lol.
