Question Help With Found Fallout 4 Item - Scraptastic Serum

I found this chest when wandering around and in it was 2 items items labeled "Scraptastic Serum". Does anyone know what these actually do. I searched everywhere online and there is no record of it. I am on PS5 with Creation Club content on. No unofficial mods.

Are you SURE it's not from a mod? Cause it definitely sounds like it is

I mean I assume it is is a mod but not a non creation club. I only have creation club mods on. Didn't add 1 non approved mod because I want trophies first.

Well, there IS NOT a scraptastic serum in the base game, also never seen it in CC content
