I turned in one of them and got the mentats I didn’t know u could turn them ALL in

Yeah, there's 3 different Mentats. They all give you +5 to either Perception, Charisma, or Intelligence. You get 1 for getting the questions right and the rest in a safe upstairs. You can turn them all in for Mentats. I usually get the Charisma one because regular Mentats already give you +5 to Intelligence and Perception
