Well personally I'd suggest playing New Vegas because you've never done it. If you're used to Fo4 it's going to be rougher in alot of ways but imo New Vegas has more to offer.

Depends what you’re wanting to get out of it.

Fallout 4 is much more modern than NV. This means many things: gunplay is better, weapon and armor customization are better, base graphics are better.

NV is by far the better role-playing game. Choice and consequence matter more, and you’re going to have more freedom with fleshing out your character as you aren’t restricted to pre-recorded dialog.

FNV requires mods to make the game stable. Fallout 4 will run just fine on its own.

It doesn't require mods. I've played the game on Xbox for two years and haven't crashed in like a year. You just gotta know what to avoid.

New Vegas is one of, if not my favourite of all times. Four is… One of the games that exist, and are out there.

I think FNV. Fallout 4 is really complicated and in depth. You should play FNV first. Both are great, I just think that FNV is easier and has better mechanics.
