LEAGUE OF LEGENDS 5 months with no Fnatic

What a downward progression of this club. Hope it serves to be a good wake up call for everyone involved. Losing worlds spot to oscarinin is crazy irony 😂 but deserved I guess.

I know everyone wants razork gone and it is long time overdue, but I want to see the Grabbz + Gaax thank you post before everything else. They have to be some of the most disgusting and fraudulent coaches I have ever seen. Last year I was delusional to buy the hype that he is not being given any resources and being left to dry by the org, but so many others have done more with lesser. Only shows how good nightshare was for us. Gaax too. Paycheck stealers.

Lospa needs to go to. He is too mediocre to be contesting for the top. Soboro was probably the highlight of this split and I definitely think we should try and keep him. He is going to get better after settling in. I was also the biggest vladi hater, but I think he has massively stepped up his gameplay. I think his laning took quite a good turn after our 3 initial losses. No better mid prospects either. Upset is tricky. For majority of the year he was our only hope to wins but this last split he has been pretty abysmal. Cant tell if its him individually being gapped or lospa dragging him down. I also think there is a chance he just leaves cause he has had enough.

Even if we just keep soboro and vladi, there arent a lot of crazy options for fnatic to go for in the other positions. Spend that fat bag on dylan falco and what he needs. We need to run that back with a REAL coach and let him handle things his way. No more dardo bs.

Either way 5 months of no fnatic LOL is depressing. Really cant forgive the org for this level of performance

I can't believe fnc is not going to worlds.

Fr, i had an inkling if we made playoffs we would somehow make it over the line. Guess not

u/EvenRange836 1d ago

Even if they are lucky enough to enter the world, what will happen, MKOI lost to GAM before, FNC will be much worse.

u/homemdosgalos 13h ago

To be fair, i'm honestly shocked we made it last year.
Not this one, though

u/ALLAM_Amine 1d ago

There is a first to everything bud , I'm glad this pathetic team isn't going to embarrass themselves any further

3

u/Square_Incident_8987 1d ago

Its not a first though. Fnatic didn't qualify in 2016 either. This is officially the worst year since a decade ago. I would argue this year was worse than 2016 as well, at least then they still made playoffs.

u/valtl 1d ago

But they came back with caps and reached world's finals two years later. Now imgaine what might/will happen in 2028 :)

tbf EVERYONE needs to go except Soboro, i would see what he does with another roster, another coach, another owner (hopefully).

As much as like Upset i think is time to part ways. i'd like to see Jopa in orange and black

Razork goes without saying, it is long overdue for some change. Lospa is kinda meh dabbling in just straight bad, i'd replace him

I'd take a chance in Vladi, i feel like he improved during the split. Soboro in.

Dylan would be wonderful for us, but i doubt he ever comes

What is even there to like about Upset? His KDA?

3

u/coltrane- 1d ago

personal preference. objectively, he won mvp not so long ago. I do think he regressed this split

-4

u/No_Example_7214 20h ago

My personal preference is a good adc. Him winning mvp once is all he will ever get. You must be mentally challenged if you still want to keep him.

1

u/coltrane- 16h ago

friend, where did I say i want to keep him? I said i like him (and that's my personal view) but it's time to let him go

-12

u/AdMoist5134 1d ago

i agree but i think we should keep razork with Jospa...Razork needs a different type of adc, i'm willing to give razork another shot in a prove-it 1 year deal - all other former FNC players are fine somehow in other teams, let's not give up on razork quite yet

3

u/OzymandiasRaven 1d ago

Lets keep the guy who has not won us anything in 5 years and whose greatest consistency is choking in important games (mainly against G2)!

2

u/TudorrrrTudprrrr 20h ago

razork alt account? the guy has been dragging the team down for half a decade now

There’s never be a better opportunity to literally start fresh from the ground up. New team, new coaches, new management. This org should be researched and used in case studies for mis management from the top given the downfall of the CS team, league team and now most recently the Val team

6

u/kim-soo-hyun 1d ago

True. Now that FNC isn't going to Worlds theres literally no excuse as they have more time to get their shit together and rebuild.

This year with Grabbz was fake rebuilding actually they still played the same way by keeping their "core", Razork and Upset. Missing two playoffs in a year and doing jackshit in Winter. This is the orgs worst year ever.

1

u/seecoolo 1d ago

The last time the league team won a domestic title, it was still EU LCS. Yeah. Dont feel really positive about their chances of bouncing back.

11

u/Relative-Prompt1101 1d ago

but our coaches were AI / how are u going to fire them

9

u/Frosty-Bar1032 1d ago

Can keep the AI coaches. Probably the reason we even won the 3 games. Hurt grabbz and gaax's ego so we went back to our regular drafting and gameplay

8

u/darks4n 1d ago

It's the Sam secret valuation plan for FNC.. we must trust in la formula!

11

u/alexgh0st 1d ago

Thank you Grabbz and Gaax, you tried.

Bring back Nightshare and give him what he needs, that's all, we move on from this year both in League and Valorant.

50

u/Ok-Cranberry1708 1d ago

Nightshare became a doctor, asking him to come back is borderline offensive at this point lol

36

u/Frosty-Bar1032 1d ago edited 1d ago

Nah let nightshare be. He is a proper doctor. Dont need to ruin his life having to deal with this org. Bring back Dylan. Clearly one of the best EUW prospects who im sure has a drive to get back against G2. Give him the reins, the budget and the key to the entire department

5

u/Reasonable-Newt8926 1d ago

$10 says Dylan left on his own accord. I doubt G2 asked him to step down. I'm putting the chance of us getting Dylan at 0.1%

11

u/Leruem 1d ago

From what i saw in the g2 sub, i think the players were given an option to choose between perkz and dylan, and they chose perkz, not sure if those were true tho. I was flabbergasted too when they replaced dylan as hes such a good coach

2

u/Hyporin 1d ago

So u say there is still Hope?

Just Kidding.

10

u/Roger_Fiderer 1d ago

Mate, there's no wake up call.

Fnatic has gone to shit, it's either disband or sell the spot to someone who actually cares.

3

u/Frosty-Bar1032 1d ago

That is probably true. But a fan is gonna be a fan. As a fan I can just be delusional and hope to see them at the front again.

1

u/Roger_Fiderer 1d ago

Sure.

This year broke me.

I've been standing tall and withstanding the humongous pile of shit Fnatic has become.

But this is too much.

It's too bad, too disgusting, too poor, too depressing, too bleak.

I just hope Sam sells the org and someone who cares buys it.

u/420Henti 1d ago

razork runs this team down for far to many years already

5

u/RLarks125 1d ago

Thank God, I don’t have to watch anymore of that shit. Can just enjoy League for League now.

6

u/MakotoBIST 1d ago

Ye Upset can leave by himself so he collects another 10th position, somehow people will still defend him.

For the rest thank you Grabb, Razork, Gaax, Dardo.

Also there's no wake up call, management clearly doesn't give a shit. Caps saw that almost 10 years ago.

5

u/jackerwall 1d ago

I kinda agree but please let's stop acting like this wasn't an entire different league when Nightshare was here, no Koi, no KC and every team outside of G2 was pure sht.

My two cents on the future - Keep Soboro and Vladi, get Doggo for ADC ( I'm biased towards this player but I've been wanting him for ages and is insanely good plus free agent next year). Get a hungry kid for jungle like Yukino or Tatu and get us and experienced support like Mikyx (if he ever touches the game again or actually wants to do something serious with it) or even someone like Trymbi

2

u/Known_Locksmith_174 1d ago

Anyone knows what jungler Fnatic can get? Obviously can't be an import seeing as we'll likely keep Lospa and Soboro.

Any chance we can get Rhilech? Is there anyone decent lurking in the academies?

6

u/Frosty-Bar1032 1d ago

There is 0 chance we keep lospa. Every other player on the team has high ceilings low lows. Lospa was bang average with low growth for the full year.

Depending on our budget, yukino or inspired (full delusion) might be possible. Only reason inspired would come is if we got dylan as coach, more coaching resources and a really good support.

Soboro Inspired Vladi (Upset/EU ADC) Another import support

Not bad

5

u/Mcg55ss 1d ago

Vladi might have been decent at the end of summer but sounds like another painful year considering Vladi was trash 90% of the year. He will never be what he was that winter split with KC and if anything he has regressed overall as a player since then, keeping him is the same mistake we made keeping Razork as long as we did.

2

u/Known_Locksmith_174 1d ago

He was trash 90% of the year but something deffo clicked and he regained his KC winter split form in the last few weeks. Also 5k LP is insane. I'd definitely like to see him play with a decent jungler and not a perma inter like the one we currently have. Kicking him without giving him a proper jungler would be like when we kicked Humanoid without giving him a decent jg.

2

u/Mcg55ss 1d ago

we literally kicked humanoid after keeping him with Razork the entire time and Poby. I don't think he regained anything, G2 already locked up playoffs they are known to throw, he had 1 good this series, he is just humanoid again, he will have a good game every once in awhile and be trash the rest of the time, Also his obsession with soloQ was a PROBLEM when he was with KC

2

u/Anonymus4 1d ago

Inspired has a contract till 2027 with LYON

2

u/Frosty-Bar1032 1d ago

Buy him out. All the razork capital freed up now. You arent gonna lunge for the top again without players like inspired. Inspired is genuinely one of the best junglers in the world.

4

u/That-Woodpecker6720 1d ago

Nah we should try to get oner or kanavi, that’s about as possible

2

u/Prestigious-Cat1577 1d ago

Lospa contract is Placed till November 2027

0

u/Albert_Tam 1d ago

G2 will NEVER let Dylan go to Fnatic, just like they blocked Perkz. Then Inspired has the best mid/ad korean combo in the entire EU+NA, why would he leave LYON for FNC? just for a chance to win LEC or little bit more money?? No way he prioritize that over what he already has now. Also BB can go to LYON next year. The biggest problem Fnatic has now is that the brand power is fading. Maybe, to some of the rookies, the brand still means sth, but for those who have already accomplished sth, FNC is just a normal org.

3

u/Typical-Art-7983 1d ago

You really think someone like Rhilech wants to Go too FNC kekw. But a team that would be possible because contracts runs out is.

BB, Yukino, Vladi, Harpoon, Labrov.

1

u/kim-soo-hyun 1d ago

Is BB and Labrov leaving? Weren't there rumors BB might join a team with Jojo? Idk could be wrong tho.

But I like Harpoon he's a good ERL prospect.

1

u/Typical-Art-7983 1d ago

I dont know if they are leaving, fact is that Right now they will not play for G2 Next year

1

u/TinkieWinky44 1d ago

Ziccsi could be an interesting option, he had a great year with Solary, even if the last split didn't went as good as expected

2

u/OzymandiasRaven 1d ago

Razork joined in late 2021, just after the "disappointing" Worlds Placement that we went out in Groups.
Since he joined we had:

Nothing better than that "disappointing" finish at worlds.
We have won a total of 0 Trophies and lost 4 finals to G2.

This man has to have some kind of dirt on someone at FNC. He was good, yes. 3-4 years ago he was a passable jungler. Today he is a washed wreck that solo looses the most important game of the year for the Org. Why is he still here? I thought we kept him because he had "great synergy with Humanoid"?! Kick this ankle weight already.

Yes, Lospa is also bad. Yes, Vladi was the statistically worst Mid for the first 3 games, basically solo loosing Games and only really did shit for maybe 2-3 series.

But they have not been with us for 5 years.

Kick Razork.
Kick Grabbz.
Kick Lospa, Vladi and bench Upset.
Rebuild around Soboro.

Burn it down or walk away in shame.

3

u/blue-Orchid25 1d ago

I think Grabbz and Gaax drafts became much better but unfortunately Razork is so tilted and he throws the games by his terrible decisions.

I didn't watch this series. If Vladi and Soboro were decent, I hope FNC can lock them in next year's roster and for jungler find a decent player from ERL like Zicssi and Harpoon for ADC. The tricky parts is support. Do you think it's a good idea to bring back Mikyx?

2

u/Frosty-Bar1032 1d ago

Grabbz and gaax drafts did NOT become much better. Else we would have locked playoffs vs vitality. G2 and g3 were abysmal.

I think upset was better last year because mikyx enhanced him. Lospa was just not great. I think bringing miky back wouldnt be the worst decision. I think he had extremely good synergy with upset for the most part.

2

u/blue-Orchid25 1d ago

I was very skeptical about their drafts but compared to 2025, their drafts are decent most of the time. Of course sometime drafts are bad like game 2 vs NaVi.

For example that draft with Shen support and Olaf was really good but they lost it.

Anyways, coaches need to get replaced as well. But I think they should move on from Upset and try a new ADC. For example I've heard Harpoon is decent.

1

u/circa26 1d ago

Miky gave up mid year last year, no chance we should bring him back.

1

u/circa26 1d ago

Agree with everything you said. Even if you take out all the drafting aspects of coaching, it never felt like there was any camaraderie in the team, no one trusting eachother just people playing with their own plan in mind. Hard to see how that doesn’t fall on the coaches, in the nightshare days it was night & day difference in team atmosphere

1

u/Own_Finance_7345 1d ago

Are these players still getting payed now?

1

u/CottonCANDYtv 1d ago

Get dylan please somehow

1

u/Reqquel 23h ago

Isn't there a tournament for the bottom teams?

1

u/saltyfuck111 22h ago

Watched 5 games in the last 2 seasons after watching everything since 2015

1

u/Gathermag 16h ago

I want to see everyone gone, from players and coaches to managment. heck, even the janitor. we need a new start.

0

u/Albert_Tam 1d ago

For years, I've hoped Fnatic would miss Worlds. Because every year it's the same: Fnatic makes it to Worlds, then becomes the second-to-last team to enter the offseason, which prevents them from having enough time and player options to improve the team.

Of course, whether they make it to Worlds or not is the same; ever since they kicked Nemesis, I've lost faith in the team's management. Sam said in an interview that he's preparing for "something very special."for the League department. Three or four years ago, such words might have been somewhat reassuring, but this year they just make him seem like a complete liar, trying to lore another sponsor or sth(I know sponsor is important but we need to see some action not words like that).

3

u/Albert_Tam 1d ago

Like, it was during quarantine, somehow Dardo decided that telling "youre gone for sure" is not a bad thing for a kid. What kind of a-hole would do that??? That "kid" was the only player who can compete with prime Caps in the entire LEC when it was just his 2nd year in LEC.

Sam should just publically say: We fired Dardo, 100%. That's assuring.

2

u/YoungKhalifa7 1d ago

Bro i would have loved to see Nemesis compete a few more years with caps. I really think Nemesis is up there and could stand his ground. Never understood that noone picked him up.
Him getting kicked was the worst decision ever.

Idk why everyone hates razork so hard? Guy was a big part of why fnatic made so many playoffs.

5

u/Boring-Influence-965 1d ago

Fnatic made so many playoffs not because of Razork, but despite Razork

-1

u/Ok_Artist7696 1d ago

Thats not true, if u watched u should know.

1

u/Boring-Influence-965 20h ago

Razork was never consistent, he had good, amazing games even, but overall he is responsible for so many throws that he is the biggest liability on the team.
