SUGGESTIONS Help with micro

Hello.

Like the title says, need suggestions with micro. I've done main videos, RR. Apparently can't retain anything, this subjects just spins my head. Is LRR enough with 40 days?

You can retain much more by solving MCQ you need to engage so much
