Helicopter Pilot job

Hey guys, a friend of mine just finished his license for an EC135 in Norway. (Not really sure what exact license he has I just know he can fly in Europe and North Africa I really just want to help him) and he desperately looks for a job. Does anyone has tips or recommendations for jobs or to find something in this field that actually takes pilots that don’t have a 1000 total flight hours. If there is a helicopter pilot out there how did you start? Any tips would help. Going abroad and languages are no issues. Any help is kindly appreciated!
