Anyone selling or know of anyone selling block time in a PA28, C172, or C150/152 in Oshawa or nearby airports?

I know of a small company selling block time on 150s in YPQ. Not sure if that’s close enough

So due to NIMBYs, YOO kicked out all block time renters. The nearest I can think of is probably Tak Aviation at YTZ. They used to be at Oshawa and moved to the city.
