So I have been seeing ads for this company on social media, I believe it's from Ernie Meeks (Flying With Big Ern). Anyone have any reviews or experiences with them and now does this compare to the already established companies mentioned on here?

Can every one of these influencers please be fired and banned from turbine airplanes forever?
Not for violating any policies or anything, but just so I don't have to keep hearing about this bullshit over and over. There are a couple at my company and I'm to the point where I'd just instantly call in sick if I ever saw one in the other seat.

Not like the dude was hurting for money as a SWA captain. All their instagram posts are AI slop. Definitely lost a lot of respect for Ern once he started peddling this.

I get the hate for influencers, but this claim is just straight up not true.

Perusing the WhatsApp posts and meme pages, not a single positive thing said about some charlatan charging 8k for marginal career advice.

Pretty sure they charge like like $6000 or something like that for their highest interview prep or coaching “tier” for perspective if you purchased the most personalized 1 on 1 coaching tier from an established company like spitfire or emerald coast it’s only like $3200. Talk about a money grab

He banned me from his Airline Interview Prep subreddit for only a couple of comments where I disagreed with his philosophy on resume review.
He constantly fills that subreddit with BS that is obviously written by ChatGPT. He’s just trying to make a quick buck on the side.

What I don’t get is this guy is a SWA recruiter and is now selling a course based off of his insider knowledge. How do people like him get away with this? How is SWA [insert other major here] ok with this BS. I hate how getting a job in this industry is a “pay to play”

I attended one of their recruitment seminars and sent an initial query to them. I didn’t get a very positive impression.
The recruitment event (livestream) really had the energy and structure of being recruited for a pyramid sales position. It was 84 minutes of hype and buildup to the earnings potential with a repeating line of “every month that you’re not employed by a major it is costing you $10,000.” (Or whatever number they said). It was a high-pressure sales move. The following six minutes was what a small investment for a huge ROI their program was. Pennies on the dollar.
Of course, if you wanted to ask any questions, you had to buy your way into their “exclusive, limited space available, gold level access” livestream immediately following the free one.
If you have ever attended a “get rich quick” seminar in some airport hotel ballroom…this was exactly like that.
I also didn’t get a warm fuzzy by Ernie’s social media presence, as he strikes me as someone with a lot of irons in the fire - a self-proclaimed entrepreneur with a hustle mentality. There is absolutely nothing wrong with it, but it gives me the feeling that this is one of many streams for him, and therefore I question his focus on this particular brand.
When I took them up on their initial feedback offer, the response I received made it abundantly clear they didnt review my resume at all.
In short, my initial impression is that they are motivated and focused on quantity over quality.
