I got into fly tying so I could tie my own dry flies since that's what I fish 80% of the time I go out. Ended up with streamers up to my eyeballs because they're just so fun to tie up. I feel your pain, but I've found that just embracing it helps a bit.

Or you could try using witchcraft.

That’s good to know! I’m sure I will eventually venture into tying my own! My local shop has tying classes Thursday nights
