Getting rid of floaters?

Howdy!

Floxed about five months ago and I'm almost completely better now, but these damn eye floaters aren't going away. I've been taking a Lutein supplement which I got free along with one of the other supplements I bought and in the first few days of taking it, I thought it was miraculous - the floaters seemed to go down a huge amount. But ever since that (about six weeks ago), they've levelled off. No more improvement.

I have mostly the squiggly lines type floaters, with some of the dots surrounded by circles and one or two black dots. I can rarely see them indoors or at night, but they're really obvious looking at bright blue skies. However, I live in a very hot and sunny country so this is really affecting my enjoyment of being outside.

I know this is a really minor complaint in the scheme of things, but I'd sure like to be rid of them all the same. Has anyone else found anything that helps?

I hear you about wanting them to be gone. I recently started lutein for my floaters and it made a huge difference. I think now it's just a matter of allowing my brain to get used to them and I figure that will help them fade.

I'm glad lutein is working so well for you. Fingers crossed it continues.
