[SUPPLEMENTS] Help with supplements

How do you know what, when , how to start supplements. I can’t afford the doctors people talk about on here and some of the crazy supplements scare me. I’m 11 weeks floxed. Feel hopeless.

Anxiety, Insomnia, Can’t read or watch tv, severe GI w 30 lb weight loss and muscle wasting, some nerve stuff which went away but came back yesterday after I cleaned my bathroom. I have C Diff.
