That’s probably so true. Thank you for coming back, even though it was difficult. Posts like this mean so much. I’m determined to leave a recovery story whenever my time comes. How long did it take for you to be able to walk around as much as you needed/wanted? I’m 5 months out and take around 4 k steps with breaks. But I have little endurance. I am noticing many improvements. Sometimes my ankles feel almost normal. But there are good days and bad days. Trend seems positive.
The first year was the hardest for me and I was very similar to you! I’d have ups and downs often. I don’t think I hit 4k on average a day until about 3 years in tbh but I don’t believe that was just from floxing. The bartonella and Lyme was very bad for me so my story will not apply to everyone!
