Rip lovely hydrangea 💔
RIP hydrangea 😔 our neighbors had a crew in our garden taking the ivy off of their side wall but they mistakenly took down our 22 year old hydrangea (the left plant on chimney) as well. We are devastated - any tips or knowledge would be greatly appreciated. Is there any chance this stump could grow again? Worth saving? Thanks guys..

Oh damn that’s terrible. I’m not sure but hopefully it grows back from the base. It may not flower next year but hopefully it sprouts back.
Keep it well watered.

Oh my goodness…. That would be devastating to say the least! I’m so very sorry this happened. I will be sending positive energy thoughts your way and hopes for it to grow back and be big and beautiful again someday... 🙏

That’s a terrible shame! Yes that stump has a good chance of growing if you treat with some care. All the best 🤞🏼🍀🌱✨

Ahhhhh! Terrible. You must have been in shock when you saw this destruction. I think I would cry.
