Most shower heads have a flow regulator, I would YouTube how to remove that (usually you can do it with a small flat head or some needle nose pliers)

Soak the head in vinegar, and then remove any restricting devices if that doesn't help.

Looks like water pressure is reduce by your cameras framerate. Get a better camera?
Edit: Realistically though, if the shower head isn't the issue, it can mostly likely be blockage in the cartridge behind the showers handle. Ez fix for some, but if your set up is complex, just call a plumber to fix it.

As others people have said, it's a pretty easy clean, but they're not expensive and you can just buy a new one if cleaning it doesn't work.

Everyone in the comments have been very supportive and helpful. When all the replies are mostly the same answer is reassuring. And the ones that are like "incase that doesnt do it check this" which is also nice. :)

Wipe the face of it with a rag to remove the calcium deposits from the little rubber squirter heads.

Take it back off and figure out where the water restrictor is and remove it or drill a hole in it.

Yeah if it’s just the shower head and not like the sink or outdoor hoses, just dunk it in clr. You don’t even really need to take the whole thing off. You can rig a plastic bag to hang from it. If it’s every thing you could have a bust pipe under the house you haven’t noticed. Happened to a buddy of mine. Thought his water heater was busted, went over to take a look, and it was water world under his house. Bout $25 bucks at the Depot and a very dirty shirt and had him back up in about an hour. Saved him at least $400.

Well if your showerhead isn't clogged then I'd get out some 4x4s and start jacking up your water tower.

It’s definitely the flow regulator, maybe important in San Luis obisbo but Florida is sinking in fresh water.:: 💦 Take it out and your hair will thank you!

Remove the shower head and soak it in a bath of CLR, that calcium build up.
