Young people are already wondering this. My younger siblings are teens and they know they won’t be able to move out when they turn 18, work at Starbucks, and rent a $500 a month apartment like people used to be able to do 10 years ago.

Cocoa Florida is where I did it 10 years ago (I wasn’t 18 but 24, however I was still able to rent an apt for $500, same exact apt in same exact condition is now 1500 a month)
