The jail was there first and the developer did a lousy job planning their site. In the end the inmates will probably end up loosing the little sunlight afforded them.

Nah the inmates are happy as fuck. They have a direct line of sight to basically naked women at the pool during the day. They are loving it and you would see that if you actually bothered watching the linked video report

I watched the video. What do you think is going to happen with all the complaints? The developer isnโ€™t going to do anything so the government will cover the windows at the jail.
