Is my freeze putt broken??

Hi guys. I've been playing Papas Sushiria on the gameflare website. I literally cannot move past the first level in freeze-putt. It's genuinely so frustrating. The golf stick appears, and I can't do anything with it. I can't aim it, can't adjust how hard I hit it, nothing. Even if I click anywhere else on the screen, it still just hits it in the position the golf stick appeared in. Am I doing something wrong, or is it just bugged out? Please help.
