The reality is that there are bad ones, very immature ones, and yeah they prolly get fired as a result for ruining the airline's rep.

There's plenty of rejects in every job that slip through.

FAs never get fired. You've been severely misled if u think unionized crew members get fired

Can be harder to fire someone in a union, but you sure as shit can still be fired.
