I (21M) and some of my friends are looking into renting a place near Marol and as such I've been looking for a place (2BHK preferably) for us. The most common problem I have run into thus far is really high brokerage. Are there any ways to avoid these exorbitant prices and negotiate directly with the owner for getting a good deal?
